Encode and decode using ROT13

This tool allows text encoding and decoding using the exchange cipher method known as ROT13.

The ROT13 codification consists of changing the position of the characters of the Latin alphabet, which in its basic version consists of 26 characters. This way, the characters are scrolled in 13 positions.

This simple method ensures that a text can be encoded and decoded without the use of any type of key.

Likewise, this also makes it an extremely simplistic method, which means that it should not be considered as a secure encryption method.
